No. At rtp995, withdrawals will only be sent to a payment account where the account holder and the wallet owner are the same person. This is part of our financial security and player protection policy. Any attempt to withdraw to a wallet that is not your own will be declined and may be investigated further.

To withdraw from rtp995, you must have at least 20,000 Ks. Withdrawals cannot be processed until this minimum amount is met. If you want to know the maximum withdrawal limit, you can ask our support team directly.

Yes — however, you must first meet a minimum play-through amount known as a wagering requirement before you can withdraw. For example, if you deposit 20,000 Ks and receive a 40,000 Ks bonus, you must wager the bonus amount × 15, which is 40,000 × 15 = 600,000 Ks, before any winnings from that bonus can be withdrawn. Your original deposit amount can be withdrawn without completing the wagering requirement first.

rtp995 VIP members receive weekly cashback, higher withdrawal limits, priority customer service, and seasonal VIP-only offers. The higher your level, the better the benefits.

VIP level progression depends on a player's betting consistency and overall play time. The more frequently you play, the faster you move up to the next level. You can check your VIP level after logging in, or ask directly via Live Chat.

rtp995 has four VIP levels —

• Bronze — weekly cashback up to 0.4%
• Silver — weekly cashback up to 0.8%
• Gold — weekly cashback up to 1.1%
• Platinum — weekly cashback up to 1.5%

The higher your level, the more cashback you earn. These rates are "up to" figures and are calculated based on your weekly play activity.

Cashback is calculated once a week and credited to your player account at the rate for your VIP level. The cashback amount can be used to withdraw or to keep playing. If you need any clarification on cashback, contact us directly via Live Chat.

Live Dealer games feature real human dealers dealing cards via video livestream, with players placing bets from their own screen. Results depend on real cards and dice, not game software, so it feels just like being in an actual casino. At rtp995 Live Casino you can play Baccarat, Roulette, Dragon Tiger, and Shan Koe Mee.

Limits vary depending on the table and game type you choose. There are tables with low minimums suited for newer players, as well as High-Limit tables for those who want to play with larger amounts. Exact limits can be viewed on screen after entering the game.

In Baccarat, you bet on one of two sides — "Player" or "Banker". The side whose card total is closest to 9 points wins. 10s and face cards are worth 0 points; all other cards are worth their face value. If the total exceeds 10, the tens digit is dropped and only the remaining value counts.

For a smooth Live Casino video stream, a stable 4G/5G or Wi-Fi connection works best. Play with your screen in landscape (horizontal) mode so the betting buttons are easier to see. rtp995 Live Casino runs smoothly on Android or iOS phones with sufficient RAM.

The minimum deposit amount at rtp995 is 5,000 Ks, and this applies equally across all payment methods — KBZPay, Wave Money, AYA Pay, and CB Pay. So when trying to claim a bonus, you can start playing from 5,000 Ks.

What happens when your connection drops depends on the game type. In slots, the spin result is recorded on the server, so you can check the result when you reconnect. In live casino games, if your connection drops before you have placed a bet, nothing is lost — you can log back in and continue playing. If you have any questions, let us know via Live Chat.
